With the recent announcement from the Scottish Government and the current restrictions all holiday letting accommodation will remain closed until 15 February 2021. Only bookings for essential business with be allowed.

Customers are advised to keep up to date with the latest Scottish Government advice on travel and should take in to account the latest guidance and their own personal circumstances before deciding whether to travel.
NOTE: Guest’s must advise Argyll Self Catering Holidays if they need to cancel due to Covid-19 restrictions as soon as they are made aware of the new restrictions if they are immediately affected. Last minute cancellations for bookings if guests have been aware may result in admin fees charged.

If the Scottish and UK Government impose further travel restrictions and you can no longer travel due to these Government restrictions, customers can book with confidence and know that you will have options to amend your booking as needed.
We have introduced a number of polices that allow guests as much flexibility as possible around their self catering holiday, allowing bookings to be amended, extending balance payment dates and other options where needed.
If you have an arrival date impacted by a UK Government Lockdown due to Covid-19 you will have the following options to choose:
A full refund.
Transfer to a later date.
A Credit Voucher to re-book your holiday until 12/2021.
Customers must always ensure they follow the latest government guidance whilst on holiday.

PROPERTY FEATURES & INCLUSIONS
In light of COVID-19 please ensure you check all features. There will be properties who have adopted new practices and measures in line with Government guidance so to keep us all safe. This may include new Arrival Instructions, Check-in times, Departure rules, if you are required to bring own bath towels etc. Please check when making your booking. Holiday properties owners have had to eliminate many items from the propery such as excess crockery, utensils, and cushions, in order to prioritise the safety and well-being of you and your family. Hopefully these measures will not have to continue for too long!
Please check all Arrival Instructions that will be emailed to you prior to your holiday.
LOCAL AMENITIES
When booking your self catering holiday please be mindful when travelling to your holiday destination that shops, attractions, pubs and other establishments are always subject to changes in their opening times and availability. It is not possible for anyone to predict the availability of such amenities and customers should always check directly with particular businesses if these are crucial to their holiday plans.

COVID-19 Government Legislative disclaimer and Safety Procedures.
All adults above the age of 16 residing in Argyll Self Catering Holidays holiday properties are required to read the following information, accepting the terms and conditions when making a booking this will confirm you have read, understood, and will comply with these items.
Guests, prior to arrival, who are exhibiting symptoms or who has any reason to believe they may have come into contact with the virus up to 14 days prior to their arrival must follow the Government instruction to self-isolate and follow NHS guidelines. Therefore, they should contact us to rebook or gain a refund but must not come and stay in any of Argyll Self Catering Holiday self-catering properties.
Similarly, any guest in one of the vulnerable groups identified by the Government should follow Government advice to self-isolate. They should not arrive at any Argyll Self Catering Holidays holiday properties.
Any guest who has symptoms of COVID-19 - that is a cough, a temperature or loss of taste or smell - should take immediate steps to book a test. You should immediately advise the Owner and/or Argyll Self Catering Holidays whilst staying at the holiday property. If this applies to you, please go straight to nhsinform.scot to get a test or, if you can’t go online, call NHS 24 on 0800 028 2816. If negative the guest will be required to prove the negative result. If positive then the guest must immediately leave the holiday property. If for any reason that it is not possible, and self-isolation is required to take place at any of Argyll Self Catering Holiday properties then you will be charged the nightly fees, and ALL fees for all bookings affected by this self-isolation. All fees will be borne by the guest.
Due to Government changes of travel restrictions, and if we are unable to open or we have to close holiday properties we will contact you to re-arrange a new date to roll your deposit over for another stay with us, or you can request a refund.
Argyll Self Catering Holidays have advised all property owners the Scottish Government protocols, cleaning practices and measure to keep inline with Government guidance.
Guests to stay at your booked holiday property stay at your own risk.
