11 Gorsecroft, this newly refurbished lodge, stylish and spacious, set within the Hunters Quay Holiday Village, nearby Dunoon, West Coast Scotland. With spectacular sea views over the Holy Loch and beyond, this is a wonderful base to explore Cowal Peninsula and the magnificent Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

Interior
Full of modern charm this stunning lodge offers space and quality furnishings in a home away from home for up to six guests.  
 
On entering the lodge there is space you can store your boots and coats. Continue through to the spacious and relaxing open-plan living space. Inviting and welcoming with comfy seating and floor-to-ceiling windows to maximise the views. For entertainment there is free Wi-Fi, a 50" Smart TV with live streaming. 
Adjacent to the living space is the dining table seating up to six persons, providing a fabulous space to enjoy meals with family and friends. 
 
The kitchen is well equipped, with an electric oven/hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and all necessary utensils, crockery, cutlery you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.
 
Featuring three well appointed bedrooms, one double and two twins. 
 
Bedroom 1: Double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom, wardrobe/clothes storage, bedside cabinet.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom, wardrobe/clothes storage, bedside cabinet. 
 
The family bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle, hand basin, toilet and heated towel rails. There is an additional toilet in the lodge.
 
Outside
Patio doors from the living area lead out onto the spacious extended decked area, designed to take full advantage of it's stunning location and spectacular views.  Enjoy lazy days, summer evening drinks and al fresco dining.
 
The fully enclosed deck is ideal for children to play safely. 
 
Explore
The lodge is set in a quiet setting within the Hunters Quay Holiday Village surrounded by a grassed lawn area. Within walking distance there is a leisure centre, two indoor swimming pools, spa, fitness centre, bar, and restaurant and both indoor and outdoor play areas for children. Note the paid activities are not included in your accommodation price, guests staying at 11 Gorsecroft can pay direct to the holiday village to use the park facilities. The holiday park restaurant is open seasonal only. 
 
Dunoon is approximately 3 km from the lodge with local shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants.  An ideal location to explore the region with so many picturesque walks, cycle paths, stunning scenery, and an abundance of wildlife. Visit local attractions including Benmore Botanic Gardens, Pucks Glen, and historic Kilmun. The region is filled with places to see and things to do. The area is one big outdoor playground. 
 
Explore further afield in the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, Argyll's Secret Coast, the Isle of Bute, and historic Inveraray. It's also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland.
 
Just over an hour from Glasgow via the Western Ferries.
 
Dog Policy: Your well behaved dogs are welcome. Maximum two dogs allowed. £20 per dog per stay. Spacious enclosed gated decking ideal for pets.
 
Car Parking: There is free guest car parking for two cars adjacent to the lodge.
 
Extra Notes: No smoking. No hen, stag, or similar parties.

Located just outside Dunoon, Hunters Quay is a village tucked away in an elevated position within the Cowal Peninsula on charming countryside, offering spectacular panoramic views across the Holy Loch and the Clyde Estuary. Hunters Quay is the main base of Western Ferries, operating between Hunters Quay and McInroy's Point.
 
DUNOON
Dunoon is the main town on the Cowal Peninsula in the south of Argyll and Bute, Scotland. It is on the western shore of the upper Firth of Clyde. The coastal town offers a selection of craft shops, galleries, pubs and cafes.
