Beautiful accommodation in a stunning setting. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We will miss waking up in the morning to the gorgeous view of the loch.
There was a bottle of prosecco chilling in the fridge on our arrival, a lovely surprise.
5/5 Stars VRBO Review - April 2025
The descriptions beforehand were very helpful, with great tips for the area. The landlady was very friendly. The house was super comfortably furnished; everything you could need was there. And then there were the windows! You could see the water in front, and the sheep in the back :-) Despite the road, it was quiet, and there's plenty to explore in the surrounding area.
5/5 Stars AirBnB Review - April 2025
Beautiful view of the bay, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and very clean. We especially recommend booking a wildlife boat tour. Visit the museum in kilmartin Glen. There are a few nice walks nearby. The Beaver trail is one of them.
5/5 Stars AirBnB Review - November 2024
Having been fortunate to have stayed at Airbnb locations across the world in the last 10 years I can honestly say this was one of the best we have stayed at. The welcome was so lovely and we really appreciated the little touches that has been taken to make our stay special. The house is really cute and so stylishly done! This was one of the best properties we have used through Airbnb and I cannot fault it. We were also lucky enough to meet the property owner on the beach across from the house, she was such a lovely lady and made us feel really welcome. We would definitely recommend the house to other people and would certainly stay here in future.

Fabulous base with fabulous views and brilliant hosts!
4.8/5 Stars Upfront Reviews - October 2024
A stunning cottage with an amazing view, (apart from the very fast road outside). Great base to explore the peninsula, very comfortable house and beds. Host was brilliant and really friendly, very attentive but not at all in your face. Only thing that we could think of to improve would be to double the amount of cutlery as if you are a group of 5 and eating all meals at the cottage, it means washing the cutlery up after every meal. Not difficult, just a second set would make it easier! Would highly recommend though.

Glorious5/5 Stars Upfront Reviews - May 2024We were incredibly lucky with the weather the week we stayed at Bay View, which increased the utter beauty of this place. Bay View is glorious in every way; total comfort and well thought out and considered, from the super soft bedding to the array of glasses for each beverage of choice including the very welcomed bottle of chilled Prosecco on arrival. Bay View is well equipped for all needs, coupled with the most stunning views front and back. I hope to go back one day.
